Terms of Service
Last updated 3 October 2026
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the service.
The service
Ark Multiplayer Games lets you join live rounds of ten multiplayer games — Ludo, Texas Hold'em, Blackjack, Rummy, Snakes & Ladders, Memory Chess, Mini Memory Chess, Running Race, Car Race and CapMan Duel — with other players, add friends, and send them one-to-one messages. It is provided free of charge.
The card games use play chips only. Chips have no monetary value: they cannot be bought, won as money, cashed out or exchanged for anything, and they reset between sessions.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older.
- One person, one account. Do not share it.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep the password to yourself.
- Give accurate contact details — it is how you get back in if you are locked out.
Behaving
Do not use the service to harass, threaten or abuse anybody; to send unlawful or obscene content; to impersonate someone else; to cheat using external engines or automation; or to attack, probe or disrupt the service or the people on it. We may suspend or remove an account that does.
Your content
Messages you send remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and deliver them to the person you sent them to — nothing more, and nothing that would let us publish or sell them.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and without warranty. It is a free product run on a small budget: we do not promise it will be available uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw features. We will give notice where we reasonably can.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may terminate an account that breaks these terms. On termination your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
